We are actively seeking an innovative and versatile individual to take on the role of Operational Head & Micro Wedding Venue Manager at our Eco Museum. This unique position combines the responsibilities of leading the museum's day-to-day operations with the exciting challenge of managing a micro wedding venue within the museum premises. The ideal candidate will be passionate about environmental conservation, have strong operational leadership skills, and possess the creativity to curate unforgettable micro weddings that align with sustainable practices.

Operational Leadership
  • Provide strategic leadership for the overall operational management of the Eco Museum.
  • Develop and implement eco-friendly policies and practices across museum operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate sustainable initiatives into museum programs and exhibits.
Micro Wedding Venue Management
  • Design and manage a micro wedding venue within the Eco Museum, offering a unique and sustainable wedding experience.
  • Work closely with couples to understand their vision and ensure that weddings align with eco-friendly principles.
  • Coordinate all aspects of micro weddings, including logistics, catering, and guest experience.
Visitor Experience
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of exhibits and programs that educate visitors about environmental conservation and sustainability.
  • Integrate micro weddings into the museum's offerings, allowing visitors to witness and appreciate sustainable wedding practices.
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage budgets for both the Eco Museum and the micro wedding venue
  • Identify revenue opportunities for both aspects, such as wedding packages, memberships, and partnerships.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Staff Management
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of environmental consciousness and creativity.
  • Coordinate staffing needs for both museum operations and micro weddings.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
Community Engagement
  • Cultivate relationships with local communities, environmental organizations, and the wedding industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote both the Eco Museum and the micro wedding venue.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about environmental issues and sustainable weddings.
Sustainability and Wedding Trends
  • Stay informed about eco-friendly technologies, sustainable practices, and wedding industry trends.
  • Implement and promote sustainable measures for waste management, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Museum Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in museum or cultural institution management, with a focus on eco-friendly practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in event planning, especially in the context of micro weddings.
  • Passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly technologies and practices.
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills.
  • IT skills including - management of social media platforms and engagement.
